A. June Fruchey, 84, died Nov. 22, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born June 23, 1927, in Bath Township to Orville and Mildred Ingledue Sandy, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Fruchey retired after 30 years from the Lima State Hospital in 1978 as a medical records administrator. She was a member of Sugar Creek Church of the Brethren and had attended Liberty Chapel Church. She was a member of the Public Employee Retirees.
Survivors include a son, Gale E. Fruchey, of Lima; three sisters, Revauda Frankhouser, of Lima, Joan (Murry) Wallace, of Sun City, Ariz., and Jackie (Darrell) Reiser, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and a grandson, Trevor (Julie) Fruchey, of Westerville.
She was preceded in death by a brother, William Sandy.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Neal Whitney will officiate.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
