Alexis Mack

Alexis Paige Mack, 12 hours, died at 10:04 p.m. December 22, 2008, at Nationwide Children?s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born December 22, 2008, in Lima, Ohio to Bryan and Anna High Mack, who survive in Elida, Ohio. Survivors also include a stepsister, Kayla Mack, of Lima, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Lisa and Randy High, of Lima, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Robert and Deborah Mack, of Lima, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents, Gene and Joan Roberts, of Lima, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Catherine High, of Lima, Ohio; paternal great-grandmother, Jean Mack, of Cridersville, OHio; and an aunt, Amber (Shane) Huber, of Lima, OHio. She was preceded in death by paternal great-grandfather, Joseph Mack; paternal great-grandfather, Eugene Hullinger; and paternal great-grandmother, Emily Hullinger. Services will begin at noon Monday at Lima Baptist Temple. The Rev. Dan Wigton will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida, Ohio.
