83, died at 3:48 AM on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

Alice Fay was born on November 10, 1934, in Garret, Kentucky, to the late  John  Jenkins  and Frankie Jenkins.  On February 27, 1956, she married Jack L. Miller, whom preceded her in death on September 12, 2003.

Alice was a homemaker, who loved the Lord and was a very loving mother, and grandmother. She told many stories that will be treasured. She was a member of the Cridersville Independent Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children: sons, Jack D. (Karen) Miller, John K.  Miller, Matthew A. (Karen) Miller, daughters; Lucy M. (Dennis) Foxvog, and Teresa S. (Dale) Kleman, all of Lima, OH; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.  Pastor Ed Wireman and Pastor Brandon Wireman will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
