Allison Reneé (Lee) Buehler
On Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at 10:35 A.M. Allison's wings were freed from her broken body and she now watches over us all. Allison passed away at home in the arms of her husband, Brandon, and surrounded by her family. Allison will be remembered for her undeniable capacity to love, her selflessness, her strength and courage while facing impossible odds, her tremendous positivity, and her infectious smile that would light up a room. Of all the things Allison loved, she loved the most being a wife and an amazing mother. Allison was always able to find the best of a bad situation, and I'm sure that is what Allison would want us to do with her loss.
Allison was born on March 10, 1984, in Lima, Ohio, to James Lee and Diane (Funni) Lee, they survive.
Allison married Brandon on April 26, 2009 in Lima, He survives in Lima.
She is survived by:her son, Logan James Buehler; a brother, James (Dena) Lee, Father and mother in law James and Debra Buehler,sister-in-law, Shannon Buehler, sister-in-law, Lauren (Bret) Woodyard, brother-in-law - Craig Buehler; nieces & nephews, Alexis, Devin, Regan & Luke: grandmother, Betty Vondrell, and her loveable dog Millee
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James & Betty Lee, grandparents -Carol and Jack Funni, grandparents; Richard and Pat Buehler, grandparent - Dale Vondrell.
Allison graduated from LCC in 2002, and the University of Cincinnati in 2008, with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. She was a teacher at the Golden Bridge Academy, and a member of the K of C Womens Golf League, and the Breast Cancer Awareness Coalition.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2016 and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at St. Johns Catholic Church, Lima, Ohio. Father David M. Ross will officiate.
Though Allison was taken from us far too soon, the legacy and life lessons she left us will never die.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
