Amos Wireman,
86, passed away at 9:15 AM on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at his Residence in Lima.
Amos was born on Wednesday, June 5, 1929, in Paintsville, Kentucky, to the late Thomas Wireman and Liza (Conley) Wireman. On Saturday, March 5, 1949, he married Dorsie Hale, she preceded him in death on February 4, 2015.
He was a longtime member of Lima Free Will Baptist Church and was a great mechanic. In his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing and above all things spending time with his family.
He is survived by: two sons, Roger Wireman of Lima and Alvin (Kathy) Wireman of Lima; a daughter, Vonda Wireman of Lima; twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by a son, Donald E. "Duck" Wireman.
The family will receive friends from 2- 8 PM on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Lima Freewill Baptist Church Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 11 AM on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Lima Freewill Baptist Church in Lima, Ohio. Rev. David Trusty and Rev. David Coffey will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
