Anna Rose ?Dimp? Kindred Trakas, 92, died at 9:05 p.m. March 23, 2008, at Springview Manor Nursing Home. She was born April 16, 1915, in Illiopolis, Illinois, to Michael J. and Margaret McGee Collins, who preceded her in death. In 1937, she married William Kindred, who died in 1959. In 1973, she married Charles Trakas, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Trakas had been a waitress at Northland Lanes. She was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed baking for her family and friends and working in her flower garden. Survivors include three daughters, Shirley A. (Donald) Hullinger, of Lima, Ohio, Sharon (Gary) Allen, of Leesburg, Florida, and Deborah Kindred, of Lima, Ohio; two sisters, Helen Reynolds, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Catherine Snitker, of Georgia; and nine grandchildren, four step grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 11 step great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, James Collins, Joseph Collins and Paul Collins; and a sister, Mary Centers. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Gerard Catholic Church. Father George Blasick will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
