Annabell R. Peterson,

99, passed away at 6:45 AM on Friday, January 15, 2016, at Baton Rouge Senior Health Facility in Lima.

Annabell was born on Sunday, January 14, 1917, in Columbus Grove, to the late Frank E. and Ethel Mary (Salisbury) Kindle.

She married her first husband, Ray Barker, on May 17, 1947. He preceded her in death on December 8, 1987. She then married her second husband, Charles Peterson, on August 16, 1989. He preceded her in death February 19, 2003.

Annabell attended Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. She was a member of the New Life Church of the Nazarene of North Oakridge, Tennessee and had most recently become a member of First Church of the Nazarene. She was also a member of the Salvation Army Home League. She loved to cook and was always helping others.

She is survived by: sons, David (Ruth) Barker, Ypsilanti, Michigan and Douglas (Linda) Barker, Milan, Michigan; daughter, Jeanine (Franklin) Baz, Raceland, Kentucky; sister, Florence (Ray) Sterling, Florida; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by: sisters, Betty Reichelderfer, Cora Alice King, Mary Zink and Leona Drew; brothers, John Kindle, Walter Kindle, Charles Kindle and Richard Kindle.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2 PM on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 2 PM on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima.
