Anthony "Rollie" Rinaldi, 65 of Lima, died at 5:39 AM on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born March 4, 1947 in Lima to Rinaldo. and Doris Wright Rinaldi. who preceded him in death. On March 13, 1967 he married Cathy Burgett who survives in Lima..
Mr. Rinaldi retired from General Dynamics as a licensed electrician in 2002 he had also worked at Clark Equipment. He was a member UAW Local 32 and was a past president. He was a big Dale Earnhart fan, he always said he had a spot on his pit crew in heaven. He was the organizer of the Auto parts Swap Meets at the Allen County Fairgrounds. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, who will be missed by all
Surviving are a son, Mario (Lisa Unterbrink) Rinaldi of Ada, two daughters; Toni (Steve) Freed of Lima and Angela (Ron Constanty) Rinaldi of Ada, nine grandchildren, Natalie (Phil) Boyle of Springfield, Dominic Rinaldi of Ada, Steven Freed of Lima, Jory Freed of Lima, Jalen Freed of Lima, Carylie Mosley of Sidney, Ty Mosley of Sidney, Addyson Rinaldi of Ada and Samuel Rinaldi of Ada; sister, Darlene Webb; two sisters-in-law; Bonnie Gregsby of Lima and Sue Sanner of Oil City, PA; a brother-in-law, Clyde (Cindy) Spencer of Lima, OH; Also Special Family Friends: Larry and Tom Williams, Mike Hollar and Ed (Cheryl) Poling: Special Nieces; Kim Draper, Gina Bauman, and Tosha DeDominics and numerous other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by two brothers, Rinaldo "Sam" Rinaldi, Jr. and Andrew J. Rinaldi, Sr. and an Infant Son.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Monday at St. Rose Catholic Church,
Friends may call from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Saturday, August 25, 2012 and Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Parish Wake Service will be held at 8:00 P.M. Sunday
Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
