Ardyth J. Clay, 62 died Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. She was born August 5, 1949 in LIma to John F. and Ruth M. (Fruchey) Clay who preceded her in death.
She loved TV and movies, reading and listening to audio books.
She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law Gary and Sue Clay of Lima, also by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Wanda Werking officiating.
Friends may call, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
