19, died at on Friday, April 27, 2018, at her residence in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Ashley was born on January 23, 1999, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Thomas Higgs and Michelle Sanchez. Her mother survives in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Ashely was a fun loving, vibrant young lady who had a great spirit. She was fun to be around and the life of the party. She adored her nieces and nephew and loved her family. Her smile would brighten anyone’s day and her laughter would fill you with joy. She loved to hang with friends and go to the beach. Ashley was loved by many and will be missed deeply.

She is survived by her two sisters, Amber Whitaker and Brittany Whitaker, her brother, Terry Whitaker Jr; nieces & nephews, Alissia, Destiney,  Le'Avious, LaVar Jr., Bri`Son, Ke'Von, Lola; and a Grandmother, Luetta Whitaker.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ramey Whitaker and Maternal grandparents, Charlie & Donna Sanchez.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.  Pastor Arnold Manley will officiate.

Burial of ashes will be in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, Ohio on Friday, May 11, 2018.
