82, died at 3:56 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at her residence in Sarasota, Florida.

Barb was born on August 13, 1932, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Chester Lytle and Dorothy (Snyder) Lytle.

Barb married Lawrence Virgil Rhoad on July 24, 1951. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2012. She was a member at Westminster United Methodist Church and attended Forest Park United Methodist Church.

She is survived by: a son, Terry Lee "Dusty" (Sue) Rhoad, of Sarasota, FL; two sisters, Mary Strable and Sandra Tempel; seven grandchildren, Robert (Nicole) Rhoad, of Tucson, AZ, Jillian R. (Matt) Wallace, of Wapakoneta, OH, Kyle Lynn Rhoad, Jonathon Douglas Rhoad, Carla Sue Rhoad, Andrew Lawrence Rhoad and Amanda Lynn Rhoad; two great grandchildren, Timothy Allan Rhoad and Kasen Wallace of Wapakoneta, OH.

She was preceded in death by: a son, Gregory Lynn Rhoad; a brother, Russell Lytle; a sister, Carolyn Koch.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral home. Rev. Tim Benjamin will officiate.

Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Westminster, Ohio.
