Becky  Mitchell,

66, died at 3:18 PM on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, Ohio after a ten year battle with cancer.

Becky was born on Thursday, October 4, 1951,  to the late Charles and Dorothy (Trempert) Eversole.  On Wednesday, October 11, 1972, she married Robert Mitchell who survives.

Becky has touched so many lives and will be missed by all those that knew her. She retired from Bath Local Schools just a few years ago. Becky was an Aide and a School Bus Driver serving to the staff and students. She absolutely adored the children and watching them play sports, also serving as their youth softball coach. She enjoyed rooting on the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and Buckeyes. She was a member of Sugar Creek Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by her children, Shawn (Rick) Conaway, Missy Roush and Ryan Mitchell; grandchildren, Madison, Clayton, A.J., Mitchell and Eddie; sisters, Janice (Randy) Thompson, Jill Vogelgesang and Kim (Randy) Huffer and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Nolan and brothers-in-law, Rick Vogelgesang and Kevin Nolan.

The family will receive friends from 12 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 4:30 PM on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Interment will be in Sugarcreek Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Bath Athletic Department.
