BETTY M. KAYSER, 80, died at 6:45 a.m. June 18, 2005, at Lost Creek Care Center. She was born December 21, 1924, in American Township, Ohio, to Jacob Lewis and Mary M. Jurden Boroff. On January 31, 1953, she married Robert J. Kayser, who died March 18, 1981. Mrs. Kayser was retired from Duff Truck Line where she worked as a clerk. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee with her family and friends. Survivors include two sons, Robert G. Kayser and Marc A. Kayser, both of Lima, Ohio; two daughters, Jill A. Johnson and Nancy (Steven) Stair, both of Lima, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild; three brothers, Charles W. Boroff, James O. Boroff and Donald T. Boroff; and four sisters, Elva Osler, Blanche Jones, Ruth Musselman and Anna Rex. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Moseley will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Mennonite Cemetery, Elida, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
