Betty McGraw

Betty McGraw, 91, formerly of Lima, passed away at 1:45 a.m. on Monday, February 8, 2021, at Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center in Euclid, OH.

Betty was born on November 10, 1929 in Omaha, NE, to Jacob and Opal Thill.  On April 7, 1956 she married Dennis J. McGraw Jr. who survives in Willoughby, OH.

Betty was a devoted homemaker and lifelong member of St. Gerard Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters: Nancy (Kim Dambrogio) McGraw of Willowick, OH, Judy (Tony) Backs of Willoughby, OH, Susie (Andy) O’Neal of Solon, OH; son, Dennis (Randy Reetz) McGraw III of Solon, OH; five grandchildren; Lesa Brown of Lima, OH,  Michael (Amanda) McGraw of Decatur, IN, Christopher Backs of Chicago, IL, Ryan Backs of Columbus, OH, Hayley O’Neal of Gomer, OH, Kelsey O’Neal of Solon, OH; four great-grandchildren: Sean McGraw, Aaron Brown, Hayden McGraw and Hunter McGraw; daughter-in-law, Linda McGraw of Lima; brother, Jim Thill of Arizona; and sister Patricia Ondracek of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, John B. McGraw; grandson, John J. McGraw; brother, Bud Thill; sister, Margorie Smith; and sister, Millie Rozgay.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date.  Entombment will be at Gethsemani Mausoleum, Lima, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Gerard Catholic Church in Lima.
