Born Thursday, January 10, 1957 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Nelson Phillips and the late Ethel Edna Crouch Phillips.
Betty loved spending time with her grandchildren and family, cooking, her cat, the outdoors and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
Surviving are sons: Clint (Jessica Johnson) Phillips of Lima, OH and Eric Phillips of Lima, OH; two grandchildren, Blaine Phillips and Nevaeh Phillips; her fiancé David Mullane; brothers, Dennis Phillips of Lima, OH, Doug Phillips of Lima, OH and Terry Phillips of Lima, OH; sisters, Eva Bowen of Lima, OH and Carolyn (Paul) Werner of Lima, OH;
She was predeceased by son, Uriah Aaron Phillips.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Wanda Werking officiating
