Brian J. Steiner,

43, passed away at 6:21 AM on Monday, September 7, 2015, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Brian was born on Thursday, August 10, 1972, in Lima, Ohio, to Ronald and Mary A. (Fetter) Steiner.

Brian attended Stone Village Church in Columbus and was active in Stone Wall Columbus (SWC) programs and events. He held positions at OSU in Columbus and graduated from Franklin University. He was active in the Ohio State Buckeye Satin Club and was a member of the Bunny Boosters 4-H Club for over 10 years.

He is survived by: sister, Christie (James) Lewis of Lima; grandmother, Arleen Fetter and nephews, Austin Lewis, Cole Lewis, and Ethan Lewis.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday. The Revs. John Wooden and Paul Scannell will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Allen County 4-H Council.
