Carlas "Carl" F. Worsham

Carlas “Carl” F. Worsham, 84, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s.

Carl was born October 27, 1939, in Lansing, Tennessee to the late Gene and Willa Mae (Howard) Washam. On September 20, 1959, he married the love of his life, Patricia (Barnes) Worsham who survives him.

Carl worked for Vistron- BP Chemicals retiring after 32 years with them. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a member of the Lima Bass Masters and Allen County Conservation Club. He was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his children: Elizabeth “Beth” Ciminillo, Scott (Shanna) Worsham, Eric (Angel) Worsham, and Jennifer (Mel) Jones; grandchildren: Rio Rusch, Tricia (Doug) Vondrell, Chelsey (Joe) Worsham, Zach Jones, Brandon Jones, Cameron Worsham, and Cece Worsham; siblings: Beverly (Jack) Decker of Lexington, SC, Mike Washam of Knoxville, TN, and Pat (Shellie) Washam of Lima, OH.

The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the funeral home. Rev. Allen Sudmann will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Research.
