74, died at 11:00 AM on Sunday, February 5, 2017, at her residence in Lima, Ohio.
Carol was born on December 21, 1942, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Stanley Feldman and Eleanor (Wade) Feldman. On Saturday, April 10, 1965, she married Jack Ray Myers, he preceded her in death on February 4, 2014.
She had worked at the Old Barn Out Back and was a member of the Elm St. Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed sewing and cross stitching.
She is survived by a children, Lisa Cook, Melanie Alicea and Steve (Tiffany) Myers; five grandchildren, Brian Cook Jr., Joshua Cook, Austin Myers, Alyssa Myers and Kylee Myers; three great grandchildren, Braden Cook, Alashah Cook and Zaidyne Cook. She is also survived by her sister Ruth A. Stimmel and brother James E. Feldman
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Pastor Doug Price will officiate.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
