Carolyn Sue (Buettner) Adam,
73 of Lima, Ohio died on Friday, August 10, 2012, 4:55 A.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Born Friday, September 9, 1938 in Bryan, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Edward H. Buettner and the late Opal (Dunlap) Buettner.

She was a former owner and operator of both the Northend Tavern and Paddy Mack's. She had worked at the American Legion in Delphos, OH. She was a member of the Gomer United Church of Christ; American Legion-Delphos; Eagles Aerie #370; and the Bluffton Senior Citizens. She enjoyed bowling, camping, and spending time with her two great great nephews.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends, which include: a niece, Renae Cole of Lima, OH; a great niece, Randi (Ron Mayer) Cole of Lima, OH; two great great nephew's, Gage Mayer and Collier Mayer; a sister, Lois (Donald) Barth of Lima, OH; a brother, Robert (Eloise) Buettner of Elida, OH; a sister Wanda (Kenny Smith) Heffner of Rockport, OH; and a brother, Darrel (Jill Renner) Buettner of Lima, OH.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 12, 2012, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

A Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Knoderer officiating.

Interment will be in Carmen Cemetery, Gomer, OH.
