Charles "Charlie" Eugene Strahm ,
55, died at 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at his residence in Lima, Ohio.

Charles was born on April 10, 1958, in Lima, Ohio, to Donald N. Strahm and Rebecca [Hanks ] Strahm Kittle.

Mr. Strahm was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle. He had worked at Accubuilt. He enjoyed working on cars and rebuilding them. He had a special talent for his painting technique. He loved "getting together" with his family. He loved his music and playing his drums at the same time.

He is survived by: his mother, Rebecca Strahm Kittle; four sisters, Sherry (Ron) Cole-Akerman, of Lima, OH, Donna Hughes, of Lafayette, OH, Christine (Ray) Rank, of Lima, OH, and Gloria (Cecil) Cole, of Bessemer City, NC; a brother - Ron (Jill) Ackerman, of Lima, OH; and a close friend, Jim Allen, of Lima, OH; several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, June 03, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 04, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Jarrell officiating.
