Christine Hengstebeck

CHRISTINE LOUISE HENGSTEBECK, 54, died at 7:20 a.m. Aug. 10, 2006, at her residence. She was born Nov. 25, 1951, in Detroit to Clifford and Marie DuVall, who preceded her in death. On Feb. 7, 1972, in Mount Clemens, Mich., she married David Hengstebeck, who survives in Lima. Mrs. Hengstebeck worked in the pizza department at Meijer and had worked as a cashier at Taco Bell on Allentown Road. She was a member of Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. Survivors also include a son, Douglas (fianc?e Amanda Holdren) Hengstebeck of Lima; an adopted daughter, Mary Sims of Lima; her close friend, Janet Glover; and five other children, Rickie Frances Engene Hengstebeck, Ernest Eugene Hengstebeck, David Andrew Hengstebeck Jr., Christine Louise Hengstebeck Jr. and James Charles Andrew Hengstebeck of Lima. Services will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor John Johnstone will officiate. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
