Clyde N. Hackworth,
74 of Lima, Ohio died on Sunday, July 29, 2012, at 2:00 A.M. at Baton Rouge Senior Health Facility in Lima, Ohio.
Born Thursday, November 9, 1937 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Ellis Hackworth and the late Dixie (Frazier) Hackworth.
Clyde was self-employed as a driveway sealer. He adored his grandchildren. He also loved fishing and hunting. At Clyde's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Surviving are: a daughter, Lisa (David) Lee of Lima, OH; a brother, Ed Hackworth; four sisters, Ellare Cortazzo, Barbara Williams, Shirley Clark and Dana Stanbury, and companion Diane Resch.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William Hackworth, and a sister, Marie Lewis.
