65 died at 9:12 AM on Monday, July 11, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Connie was born on December 18, 1950, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Roger E. Jennings and Mary Ruth Lee. On June 21, 1970 she married Thomas E. Hedges who survives in Lima.

Connie had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. She loved her family the most.

She is survived by a daughter, Kim (Todd) Shaner, a son, Joey (Jennifer) Hedges, son Chris Hedges; nine grandchildren, Jake Hedges, Austin Shaner, Tyler Hedges, Kadyn McCune, Jenna Hedges, Courtney Shaner, Josh Hedges, Jordan Hedges, Chase Hedges; one sister, Barbara Greene and three brothers, Don (Lori) Jennings, John (Robin) Jennings and Bill (Melody) Jennings; many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Edward Jennings.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 12 P.M. on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.

Interment will be in Cairo East Cemetery, Cairo, Ohio.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
