Craig married Wendy Jacobs on November 28, 1986, in Lima, Ohio, she survives in Lima. He retired from Dana Corporation as a machinist. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie #370, Lima, Ohio. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and was an avid bowler. He loved riding his motorcycle, and being around and playing with his grandchildren. He had many close friends and would help anybody with anything that he could.
Surviving are sons, William Craig Basinger of Elida, OH and Jamie David (Deanna) Basinger of Lima, OH, sisters, Chrys (Wayne) Pence of Lima, OH and Cathy Basinger of Lima, OH., Stepfather-Wilbur Myers, stepbrother-Robert (Vivian) Myers of Lima, Ohio, stepsister, Elizabeth (Bryan) Bell of Lawrenceville, GA. and many nieces and nephews
A Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
