Crystal M. Miller, 88 of Lima, Ohio died on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Lima Convalescent Home in Lima, Ohio.
Born Saturday, April 8, 1922 in Hancock Co., Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William Wheeler and the late Flora Arthur Wheeler.
She married Leon Hollar in 1939, he died in 1980. She then married Lewis E. Miller in 1985. He preceded her in death also. She was a member of Allentown United Methodist Church, the Elks and the F.O.P.A. She worked as a waitress at the Airport restaurant and several other area restaurants.
Surviving are son, Terry Hollar of Lima, OH, two daughters, Natalie (Terry) Sheely of Black Diamond, WA and Joyce (Ron) Parks of Tacoma, WA. Nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, eleven great great grand children, and two great-great-great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Karen Hollar, nine brothers and three sisters.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Rosie Lora officiating. Interment will be in Salem Mennonite Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, March 18, 2011, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and one hour prior. Memorial contributions may be sent to Alzheimers Association-West Central Ohio, 892 S. Cable Road, Lima, OH 45805.
