D. Bernice Moening,89 of Toledo, Ohio died on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Spring Meadows Extended Care Facility in Toledo, Ohio.
Born Saturday, December 17, 1921 in Leipsic, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Cyrus Aerni and the late Chloe Crosser Aerni. She was the wife of the late Paul Moening.
She was employed by Agrico & Amerigas.
She attended Faith Missionary Baptist Church and she enjoyed her family, knitting, and reading.
Surviving is a son, Robert (Doreen) Moening of Delta, OH, a daughter, Linda (Erin) Hennon of Toledo, OH; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brother, Gail Aerni, and three sisters, Kathryn Kagy, Esta Aerni and Marian Deerwester.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Ferrell officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, OH.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, April 18, 2011, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
