David A. Crowe

David A. Crowe, 72, passed away at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Continental Manor in Blanchester, OH.

David was born on June 18, 1950 in Lima, Ohio, to Elmer and Elsie (Hooks) Crowe.

David was a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed football, fishing, music, and he played the guitar.  He loved being around his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Aubrey (Jonathan) O’Neill of Cincinnati, OH; his son, Daniel (Courtney) Crowe of Sabina, OH; grandchildren: Everett O’Neill, Elsie O’Neill, Karsyn Crowe and Noah Crowe; sister, Linda (Jim) Johnson of Lima; and brother-in-law, Dennis Simons of Wapakoneta.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Priscilla Simons.

The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the funeral home.  His nephew, Dennis Simons will officiate.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
