David Fleischman

DAVID L. FLEISCHMAN, 57, formerly of Lima, died at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 28, 2004, at his residence. He was born Oct. 14, 1946, in Lima to Fredric and Imelda Fleischman, who survive in Lima. He married Marilyn Fleischman, who survives in Minnetonka, Minn. Mr. Fleischman was a 1964 graduate of Lima Central Catholic High School. His strength, courage and tenacity were an inspiration to all who knew him. Survivors also include four daughters, Danielle, at home, Melissa of Fort Wayne, Ind., Kelly in Minnetonka, Minn., and Angela of Saginaw, Mich.; a son, Logan, at home; two brothers, Charles (Carol) Fleischman of Venice, Fla., and Joseph (Kathleen) Fleischman of Lima; three sisters, Linda Fleischman of Cincinnati and Mary (Tim) Andrews and Lori (Sam) McClean, both of Lima; five grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews. Services will begin at 2 p.m. today at Beth El Synagogue, St. Louis Park, Minn. Memorial contributions may be made to Lima Central Catholic or St. Gerard Church.
