David L. Hubbard,
60 of Lima, Ohio died on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 7:05 A.M. at his residence in Lima, Ohio.
Born Monday, March 5, 1951 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he was the son of the late John Hubbard and the late Elizabeth Mann Hubbard.
Mr. Hubbard married Kathleen "Kathy" Hale on April 24, 1982, she survives. Mr. Hubbard worked at Robertson Heating Supply (formerly K & K Supply) for 18 years. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Oakland Raiders, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and NASCAR.
Surviving are: a son, Andrew (Monica) Hubbard of Lima, OH; a daughter, Angela (Brian) Gottfried of Milwaukee, WI; two grandchildren, Drew Hubbard of Lima, Ohio, and Brayden Hubbard of Lima, Ohio; two sisters, Sherry (Mark) Miller of Lima, OH and Kathy (Arthur) Salgado of Los Alamos, NM.; two sisters-in-law Debby Hubbard of Sheboygan, WI., Becky & John Szanto of Centerville, Ohio; three brothers-in-law, Gary & Vickie Hale of St. Mary's, Ohio, Don Hale of Lima, Ohio, and John Hale of Dayton, Ohio. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Hubbard; Maternal grandparents, Ruth & Jesse Mann; mother-in-law and father-in-law Bertie & Harry Hale.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 6:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m.
