David was born on August 13, 1942, in Lima, Ohio, to the late John Hullibarger and Louise (Goodwine) Hullibarger. On Friday, March 27, 1987, he married Deana (Odom ) Hullibarger. They had been married for 28 years. She survives in Lima.
He retired as a mechanic from the Allen County Engineers. He was an avid Browns fan, loved bowling, golfing, the outdoors and spending time with family and grandchildren.
He is survived by: a son, Ed Hullibarger, a daughter, Nicole (James) Payne; five grandchildren, Eric Hullibarger, Ryan Hullibarger, David Hullibarger, Jacob Payne, and Lillian Payne.
He was preceded in death by: a brother John Hullibarger.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 01, 2015at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
