60, died at 12:41 a.m. June 20, 2004, at his residence. He was born October 15, 1943, in Lima, Ohio to John U. and Virginia Richmond Tabler Voorhees, who preceded him in death. Mr. Voorhees had been owner and operator of Horseless Carriage Used Cars from 1976 to 2004. He had also worked at Clark Equipment from 1964 to 1980. He was a member of First Evangelical and Reformed Church. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 199, Orioles Nest 173 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370. He was a 1961 graduate of Lima Senior High School. Survivors include four children, Jill Voorhees (Arnie) Mohler of Delphos, Ohio, Vicky Voorhees (Brian) Leduc of Piqua, Ohio, David (Brenda Coil) Voorhees of Elida, Ohio and Crystal Voorhees (Ryan) Kimmet of Delphos, Ohio; a brother, John E. Voorhees of Sidney, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Brad Mohler, Lyle Mohler, Alexis Mohler, Tyson Glaze, Christopher Glaze, Skyler Voorhees, Logan Kimmet and Blake Kimmet; a great-grandson, Trenton Glaze; his former wife, Janice F. Prater; and two nieces in Georgia. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. David G.
