Born Sunday, January 17, 1954 in Texarkana, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Lee Chapman and the late Crystal (Long) Chapman.
Debora was a member of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed being a mother, grandmother, friend, and loved to make people laugh.
Surviving are sons, Christopher (Jeannie Mendoza) Wammes of Fremont, OH and Jacob (Gretta) Proctor of Louisville, KY, daughter, Ambria Conner of Lima, OH, brother, Joey Chapman of Church Point, LA.
There will be no visitation and no services.
