Debra A. Neal,
38, died at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Debra was born on January 27, 1975, in Mississippi, to the late Oliver Neal Jr. and Everline [Milligan] Neal who survives in Lima.

Debra was a member of Faith Deliverance Church. She was a very hard worker.

She was survives by: her mother, Everline Neal; a daughter Olivia Neal, of Lima, OH; a daughter, Antoinette Neal; a special cousin, Kelvin Ivy; a granddaughter, Samarria Houston; a brother, Lewis Neal; a sister, Vickie Green; and two nephews, Rodney Green, and Jerron Green.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Pastor LaBarron Cox officiating.
