Deeno Nickola Parlapiano

Deeno Parlapiano, 64, passed away on September 17, 2023, at his residence.

Deeno was born on April 20, 1959, in Lima, Ohio to John and Etta Marie (Roeder) Parlapiano.  In July of 2019 he married Marcia (Kimmel) Parlapiano who survives in Lima.

Deeno was a 1978 graduate of Lima Central Catholic. He enjoyed fishing, music and loved driving his truck. Deeno was also a member of St. Gerards Catholic Church.

Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Damien Parlapiano; and brothers, Nick (Emmadean) Parlapiano, and John (Sandy) Parlapiano.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 infant sons; and a sister, Brenda Jenner.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m.    Father Mike Sergi will officiate. Burial of ashes will be at Gethsemani Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
