66, died at 7:45 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2013, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Dennis was born on March 19, 1947, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Harmon Callahan and Velma (Mankey) Callahan.

On June 20, 1970, he married Elaine (Williams), in Leipsic, Ohio. He retired from Sunstrand. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie, Lima. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Callahan, of Lima, OH; a son Michael (Amy) Callahan; a daughter Lori Callahan; two grandchildren Alyson Callahan, and Eric Bridges; a sister Linda Spees.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00P.M. on December 16, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 P.M. on December 17, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Ward Cemetery,
