Dennis CONNER

55, died at 3:14 a.m. May 11, 2004, at St. Rita's Medical Center. He was born July 16, 1948, in Lima, Ohio to Ernest and Ann Springer Conner. His mother survives. On Feruary 5, 1968, in Michigan, he married Beverly Ann Bellinger, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mr. Conner had been a safety officer at Lima Correctional Institution. He had been a volunteer fire inspector for the Bath and Cairo fire departments. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed camping. Survivors also include a son, John Conner of Erie, Pa.; three daughters, Terri (Jason) Booker, Michelle Conner and Annie Conner, all of Lima, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Tyrese Booker and Travion Booker. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Conner Jr. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
