Dereck Deal

Dereck Jacob Deal 19, died at 7:51 p.m. December 29, 2009, at Mount Carmel St. Ann?s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 30, 1990, in Daytona Beach, Florida, to Jon W. and Kathy McKee Deal, who survive in Lima, Ohio. Mr. Deal loved watching television and listening to music. Survivors also include paternal grandparents, John and Wanda Arnett, of Lima, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Bob McKee, of Lima, Ohio, and Ruth (Rick) Keller, of Kentucky; three brothers, Jon Deal, Shawn Deal and Travis Deal, all of Lima, Ohio; two sisters, Kaitlyn Deal and Sara McKee, both of Lima, Ohio; great-grandparents, Inez Smith and Roland and Jean Deal, all of Lima, Ohio; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Jacob Deal; a sister, Meagen Kathleen Deal; and a special aunt, Pinie Chancey. Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Park Cemetery.
