Diane K. Baughman, 68 of Lima, Ohio died on Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. July 25, 2012, at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home Lima,
Born Monday, August 16, 1943 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ned Krapf and the late Mary Harshbarger Krapf. On August 27, 1966 in Wapakoneta she married David Baughman who survives in Lima
She was a member Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church , Elida. and a devoted Christian who loved her Lord. Former member of the Red-Hatters society and former member of GWRAA. Enjoyed motorcycle riding and flying with her husband. Loved her family especially her grandchildren and crocheting blankets for them. She had been a Registered Nurse at St. Rita's Medical Center for 28 years.
Surviving are four sons, David (Tony Gettler) Baughman of Cincinnati, OH, James Baughman of Lima, Ned (Kelly) Baughman of Harrod, and Gary (Sara) Baughman of Ottawa, Nine grandchildren; Anthony, Kaylynn, Mattie, Lynsey, Grady, Gabriella. Miley, Nicholas and Abigail. also a sister, Myrna (David) Engelhardt of Bluffton, She also is survived my many nieces and nephews and cousins,
Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday June 27, 2012 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday July 28, 2012 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida, Ohio with the Rev. Kim Siberling-Pope officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida, OH.
