Donna M Keasler

July 29, 1943 — October 7, 2014

On October 7, at 10:09 A.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Donna M. Keasler went to be a member of Heaven's Choir to sing for her Lord Jesus Christ.

She was born July 29, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio to Helen Alcorn and William Gulhon. She is the adopted daughter of W.C. and Weltha White.

On August 5, 1961 she married A. J. Keasler and he survives. They were married 53 years. She is a 1961 graduate of Elida High School. She retired after 20 years at Elida High School as a cook. She also worked 3 years at Wal-Mart as a cashier. Donna loved to crochet, knit, and sing. She loved to spend time with her husband and family. She had been in several choirs, but for 8 years she had been singing with the Goldenaires. She is a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Elida. She was a member of the Lima Senior Citizens center where she volunteered as head of their choir and other jobs around the center.

She is survived by four daughters, Alicia Jean (Steve) Wittler of Ottoville, Marie Nichols of Houston, Texas, Lynne Bingman-Ray (David) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Trina Graves of Yorktown, Virginia. She is the grandmother of ten, Kyle (RA) Lindeman, Kari and Kali Lindeman, Paul and Tony Williams, Autumn and Kirstie Witt, Christopher Bingman, Andre and A.J. Keasler. She is the great grandmother of Karylle and Erich Lindeman and one niece Penny (Wes) Wheeler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, adoptive parents, and her sister Mrs. Joan Sheilds.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida. Rev. Bruce Tumblin will officiate.

Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Immanuel United Methodist Church
