69, died at 9:43 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Dyann was born on August 12, 1944, in Lima, to the late Arden L. Roush and Grace (Robinson) Roush. .
On Saturday, May 28, 1966, in, Lima, she married Joseph D. "Joe" Stevens, he preceded her in death on November 1, 2005. She was a 1962 graduate of Lima Senior High School. She retired from St. Rita's Medical Center after 37 years in Medical Records. She loved NASCAR racing, knitting, football and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
She is survived by: a two sons Gregory" Greg" (Debbie) Stevens, of Lima, OH, and Scott M. (Caroline) Stevens, of Waynesfield, OH; two daughters Erica M. Stevens, of Waynesfield, OH, and Dawn R. (Stevens) Smith, of Lima, OH, ten grandchildren, Nichole R. Martin, D. J. Martin, Jamie Lynn Stevens, Seth M. Hanjora, Ashley M. Smith, Tyler J. Smith, Karla Sue (Randy) Klett, Aaron McGuire, Brian McGuire and Rachel McGuire; eleven great grandchildren; a sister Andrea K. (Ronald) McAdams of Elida, OH; a niece, Leasa D. (Carl) Horst of Cincinnati, OH; and a nephew Brent A. (Victoria) McAdams of Elida, OH.
She was preceded in death by a nephew Bryan D. McAdams.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with (Clergy) officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
