EDITH JEANETTE JONES, 91, died at 10:15 p.m. July 16, 2006, at Arbors Nursing Home, Michigan City, Indiana. She was born February 13, 1915, in Peoria, Illinois, to Noble and Mary Edna Stimmel Bartlett, who preceded her in death. On July 21, 1934, she married Lev Jones, who died July 29, 1992. Mrs. Jones had worked at the Stadium Restaurant for several years. She had been a member of Lima Baptist Temple. She loved crossword puzzles and embroidering. Her life revolved around her children and grandchildren, whom she loved very much. Survivors include a daughter, Mary (friend Jack Courtney) Kundert of Lima, Ohio; a son, Don (Judith) Jones of Michigan City, Indiana; six grandchildren, Jeff Kundert of Indiana, Rick Kundert of Jacksonville, Florida, Jim Kundert of Lima, Ohio, Jenney Rice of Columbus, Oho and Kathryn Jones and Karen Jones Agarichas, both of Michigan City, Indiana; and 11 great-grandchildren, Justin Kundert, Corey Kundert and Calub Kundert, all of Indiana, Brandon Kundert of Lima, Ohio, Maggie Rice and Sam Rice, both of Columbus, Ohio, Tyler Agarichas, Shane Agarichas, Autumn Agarichas and Summer Agarichas, all of Michigan City, Indiana, and Kristen Brewer of Chicago. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Earl Bartlett, Dale Bartlett, Herb Bartlett, Blaine Bartlett and Dalton Bartlett; and a sister, Mardell Bartlett. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeffrey Kundert, her grandson, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the family present from 4 to 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association-West Central Ohio, 892 S.
