92, died at 7:30 PM on Sunday, May 05, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
Edna was born on June 27, 1920, on the family farm near Leipsic, Ohio, to Fred Drerup and Francis [Krienbrink] Drerup.
On June 20, 1940, in Ottawa, Ohio, she married Leo Salsburey . He preceded her in death in December of 1985.
She was a member of St Rose Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and traveling.
She is survived by a sister Esther Knott, of Cridersville, OH; and many Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Clyde Salsburey, who died in 1963; sisters, Lucille Ringlein, Edna Marie Drerup, Ruth Drerup, and Florence Weis; and her brothers, Carl Drerup, Richard Drerup, Leo Drerup, and Arthur Drerup.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 10, 2013 at St. Rose Catholic Church, Lima, Ohio, with Rev. David M. Ross who will officiate.
Interment will be in St Peter & Paul Cemetery in Ottawa, Ohio.
The family requests in Lieu of flowers that memorial contributions can be made to St. Rose Catholic Church.
