85 of Lima, Ohio died on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 8:50 A.M. at his residence in Lima, Ohio.
Born Sunday, May 15, 1927 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, he was the son of the late George Wynn and the late Lula (Plummer) Wynn.
Edwin married Miriam Kress on April 18, 1948. She survives in Lima. He retired from Lima Ford Motor Company. He served in the Army, during WWII. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. A member of the Local 1219 UAW, Allen County Sportsman and Farmers Conservation Club, NRA and life member of the Lima Sabres.
Surviving are sons, Steven Wynn of Columbus Grove, OH, Douglas (Jill) Wynn of Russells Point, OH and Mitchell (Theresa) Wynn of Lima, OH; six grandchildren, Jamie (Jay) McKinley, Nicholas Wynn, Lisa Wynn, Julia Wynn, Kristin Wynn, Adam Wynn; two great grandchildren, Carter McKinley, Avery McKinley
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Allentown Cemetery with the Rev. Phyllis Fetzer officiating.
