EILEEN M. WARRIS, 77, died at 7:10 p.m., Nov. 26, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born Jan. 23, 1928, in Cleveland to Albert and Rose Stockman, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 10, 1947, she married Harry Warris, who died Sept. 7, 1992. Mrs. Warris was a greeter at the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks lodge in Lima. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Elida, and a member of the Elks and Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary. Survivors include four sons, David (Sherry) Warris of Chula Vista, Calif., Ronald (Carolsue) Warris of Elida, Jim (Candy) Warris of Boca Raton, Fla., and Scott (Beth) Warris of Elida; two daughters, Barbara (Tom) Thomas and Jackie (Steve) Hobbs, both of Elida; 20 grandchildren, Rick, Shelly, Chrissy, Angela, Chad, Kurt, Monica, Tommy, Andrea, Troy, Erin, Steve, Ryan, Christopher, Kelly, Cody, Cory, Nicki, Jade and Jordan; and 11 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brandon, Ashley, Laken, Chad, Jessica, Jarron, Jaden, Ethan, Sydney and Hunter. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tom; and a sister, Bernice. Service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor John M. Tsironis will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
