Elizabeth "Betty" L. Borges
84, died at 12:35 PM on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Lima Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.

Betty was born on the late Clarence Robert Spencer and Anges (Walters) Spencer.

Betty married Raymond William Borges. He preceded her in death on December 5, 1982. She was a homemaker and also volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul.

She is survived by a daughter, Vicki L. Borges, of Lima, OH; a son Steven (Angela Tellier) Borges; three granddaughters, Amber, Stephanie, and Heather; a great grandchild, Jackson; a brother, Jim (Virginia) Spencer and many nephews & nieces.

She was preceded in death by: three sisters, Delma Newland, Eunice Rosemier and Shirley Grant; five brothers, Robert Spencer, Marion Spencer, Virgil Spencer, Charles Spencer, and Clifford Spencer.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Rev. David M. Ross will officiate.

Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Wapakoneta, Ohio at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
