Elizabeth Meyer

ELIZABETH J. MEYER, 82, died at 7:30 p.m. October 12, 2005, at her residence. She was born November 27, 1922, in Delphos, Ohio to John and Martha Sampson Maloney, who preceded her in death. On April 29, 1939, she married Elmer S. Meyer, who died Dec. 5, 2002. Mrs. Meyer was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons, Kevin (Mary) Meyer and Greg M. Meyer, both of Elida, Ohio; two daughters, Dolores "Jeanne" (Henrie) Keykens and Kathy (Larry) Mart, both of Lima, Ohio; a son-in-law, William Nichols of Eustus, Florida; nine grandchildren, Donald Johnson, Jeff Mart, Beth Tucker, Steve Mart, Erin Glisson, Melissa States, Joel Meyer, Brandon Meyer and Cory Meyer; three stepgrandchildren, Deb (Mike) Tierney, Pam Jenkins and William Nichols Jr.; and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Nichols; seven siblings, Margaret Sites, Mary Polland, James, Michael Maloney and John Maloney, and Marie Annette and Mary Ann Maloney; and a daughter-in-law, Deborah Meyer. Graveside services will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday in Gethsemani Cemetery. The Rev. William J. Rose will officiate. There will be no visitation.
