Elly Briggs

Elly Hilde Briggs 80, died at 8:28 p.m. June 29, 2009, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. She was born April 15, 1929, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Emil and Bertha Rosenberger, who preceded her in death. Ms. Briggs was a member of Westside United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sisters in Germany. She was preceded in death by a brother, Denny Rosenberger. Memorial services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at Westside United Methodist Church. The Rev. William Cronk will officiate. Burial of ashes will be in Shawnee Cemetery.
