Eloise M. Maag

Eloise M. {Kuhlman} Maag, 87, of Lima, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 7:35 a.m. at her residence.

She was born on September 16, 1931 in Blanchard Township, Ohio to the late Clarence and Agnes {Selhorst} Kuhlman. On July 3, 1952, in Leipsic, Ohio, she married Robert C. Maag, who survives her in Lima. Eloise was a member of St. Gerards Catholic Church in Lima, where she was a member of their Altar Rosary Society. She also was a member of the Eagles #370 Auxiliary. She was a homemaker who raised four wonderful and successful children.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: James (Julie) Maag, Kathleen (John) Carnes, Suzanne (Jan) McDonald, and John (Joyce) Maag, grandchildren: Melissa, Katie, Abbey, Emily, Josh, and Daniel, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Duane Kuhlman.

Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at St. Gerards Catholic Church. Fr. Mike Sergei will officiate. Burial will follow at Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
