Erika Wolff,

68, died at 9:15 PM on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Erika was born on Monday, March 28, 1949, in Lima, to the late Harold E. and Mary   (Stonehill) Wolff.

She was a 1967 graduate of Lima Senior High School and graduated from Bluffton College in 1971 with a Degree in History and Social Studies. She started teaching at South Junior High and also taught at Lima Senior High School and North Middle School. She was instrumental in planning and organizing trips to National Historical sites with junior high students, for 23 years. Erika retired in 2001 and moved to Las Vegas then returned to Lima in 2017 to be near her family and friends.

She is survived by sister,  Manette Wolff of Lima; sister-in-law, Jan (Marc) Wolff of  Fairlawn; nephews and nieces, Brant (Bev) Roeder & family, Steve  Roeder & family, Mary Beth (Jim) Czerniak & family,  Andrew Wolff & family, and Christy (Adam) Stout & family; her extended family and close friends, Carol Newfer, Torrie (Tony) Sorge & family of Las Vegas, Linda Walters, Mark & Bev Offenbacher, Diane & Larry Ridener and Jean & Mark Esposito.

She enjoyed traveling, The Ohio State Buckeyes and spending time with her twelve great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Pastor Marc E. Wolff and a sister, Marcia E. Roeder.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
