ERMA JANE CLARK, 82, died at 10:35 p.m. September 14, 2006, at Compassionate Home Care, Kingwood, Texas. She was born September 24, 1923, in Lima, Ohio to Earl and Gladys Bickel Hollar, who preceded her in death. She married James Robert Clark, who died March 21, 2003. Mrs. Clark was an active member of Lost Creek Country Club. She and her husband were both avid golfers. She was always known by her family and friends as a very beautiful and classy lady. She was the chief deputy bailiff for Lima Municipal Court. Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl (Pete) Darnell of Las Vegas, Nevada; a son, Michael (Phyllis) Clark of Kingwood, Texas; 10 grandchildren, Shellie Darnell, Terrance Darnell, Monica Clark, Megan Clark, Larry Mowery Jr., Bruce Mowery, Tammy Mowery, Tracey Mowery, Paula Mowery and Kenneth Mowery; 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; a brother Earl "Son" Hollar II; and a sister Earline Kershner. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nelda J. Mowery; and a sister, Iola Shinaberry. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Mausoleum. The Rev. Doug Adams will officiate.
